Focuses on the needs of the Client. Releases muscle tension and restores balance with Trigger Point Techniques and stretching. this treatment is applied with a warming oil, highly concentrated blend of soothing natural oilsIdeal for chronic pain, stiffness, and inflammation and pains. As well as a Pain relief gel that includes Menthol and Arnica that helps with aches and pains and soothes sore muscles.

Therapeutic Focus Massage | 35 min | $68
This service is for those in a time crunch that just need some quick detailed work on a specific area. It's 35 minutes and will be mainly trigger point techniques as well as assisted/ passive stretching. Cupping is included with this treatment.
